By using Where in the World Am I? The Geo-Guessing Game (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for entertainment and educational purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the App.

2. Free vs Paid Tier

The free tier (website and free Android/iOS app) is limited to 5 rounds per day. The paid tier on Android/iOS unlocks additional locations and removes the daily play cap. Pricing is displayed in your local currency by Google Play / the App Store at the time of purchase.

3. Content Accuracy

Location facts, populations, and distances are drawn from Wikipedia, Wikidata, and other public sources. We strive for accuracy but make no warranty as to the correctness of any clue. The App is for fun and learning — please do not use it for navigation or emergency purposes.

4. Open Data & Open Source Attribution

Map tiles are © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Photographs are licensed individually under Creative Commons licenses and credited on the result screen. See the Credits page for full attribution.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. K2 Mountain Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
